Objectives.
1 Create measures and concrete opportunities for social reintegration of children, adolescents and young people of the street (and ex-street children) of Luanda (Luanda cities and Catete).
2 Promote dialogue between institutional actors and civil society on the issue of social protection of children, adolescent and youth at risk, strengthening the role of youth in the process. Improve the quality of the shelter program for children, adolescents and young people living on the street and at risk of social exclusion
