On 14th May, Markus Burri and Angel delivered the first webinar on Emergency Response Mechanism to Latin America. There were over 25 participants from 16 provinces (four of them from Brazil, despite language barrier), including 3 Provincial Economers.
The two-hour webinar was focused on defining emerngency and disaster, raising awareness about preparedness and sharing the key elements of the response manual.
The aim is to increase the capacities of the Provinces in America, as well an encourage them to do risk assessment in their territories.
